My grandmother is currently a resident here, I have not been able to visit yet due to my own health issues, but based on reviews from family and outside medical reports her care has been EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT. She is only out of bed for an hour a day. She has bed sores. She has lost a ton of weight as she says the food is terrible. She is in extreme pain and they are stingy with her meds. I am a very angry granddaughter at the moment. They will not be happy with me when I am cleared to visit if things don't turn around quickly...and the amount of money this place costs??? Patients should be treated like royalty.
Staffing is absolutely rude and disrespectful. The one time I ever been there and didn't know where there rooms were and asked for directions the DON was extremely rude and ignorant.
Staff was wonderful, the level of care met my expectations, and my mother liked it there for the most part. Did not enjoy the DON. She seemed very phony, smiles, and nice words one minute and off scowling down the hall the next. Mixed feelings.
