I have been a client on and off for 3 years or so. And I have had terrible service with my case management and haven't gotten the help I need at times. I have even thought to transfer to a different company. But other companies are just as bad. Need better case management. And the R&S drivers are sometimes rude or not person friendly. Which makes u un comfortable to be in a vehicle with them. I used to be very happy with winds of change until things started going crazy. And us clients need to feel comfortable with our case manager and comfortable with the R&S drivers. Please consider changes. I would be very upset to have to transfer to a different company.
Case management is terrible. They wont do weekly visits or phone calls and my social security fell apart because I needes help that woc promised and never delivered. So disappointed to have nothing help with mental illness in missoula. I wish the incoming case manager was mine. She really helped set up a plan. Going into revise the plan and the case worker toom everything off of it because she didnt know anything about that. So frustrated. Horrible case management.
Half helpful. 3rd time with an issue. Have now spent an hr waiting for my appt. Friendly staff but disorganized.

I am on my 3rd CM, not happy. Bring in someone new to switch them out with someone else new they're all great people but plain ridiculous to up and switch around so much and with new people that are lost and unsure how things work.

Simply said. Staff is nice but as I said this place is just disorganized.
