I was merely curious about sewing machines and went in one day to inquire about them. Bob spent an hour and a half showing, explaining, and demonstrating all of the capabilities of the different machines. I learned more in that length of time than I could have ever imagined before entering. An hour and a half well spent. Thanks Bob, for the amazing service.

He has been flexible and willing to fix my old machines if that is what I wanted plus to evaluate what my sewing needs and offer suggestions when asked for future and immediate purchases. I couldn't believe how great they were at Bob's. I brought in an old sewing machine that I thought was broken, but they tested it and assured me everything was working great. They told me that my machine was worth a lot of money, and helped me try to get a light bulb for it. Although we couldn't get a light bulb to work with my machine, they didn't charge me a bit for any of their time. They are experts and really nice.
staff was very helpful and they offered free advice on repairs, I highly recommend this place.
