Butch didn't stop until my stove was fixed. Very friendly and timely. I will definitely use him again.
Butch came over to look at our old wedgewood stove......it needs some parts and he is willing to work with us to make it happen. thank goodness for butch. we just planned our whole kitchen around this stove and it would have been a BUMMER if it had not worked. Butch has saved the day!
We love and trust Butch! He is honest and always tries to find the least expensive way to get things done. If it's not worth fixing he will tell you and not charge you. He is the only appliance repair person in this town that we will have in our home.
Butch is the best! I've worked with a number of repairmen over the year, and Butch is one of my favorites. He is personable as well as very highly experienced and professional. He is honest about whether the machine is worth fixing of not. He explains the issues thoroughly. He works with you to find the best option financially and techinically to make sure the repair makes sense and you are not dumping good money after bad. If the repair is just going to lead to more repairs and money, he lets you know. He's not promoting a brand or trying to sell warranties like the "Name" companies.. I always feel like I'm dealing with an honest person who isn't out just to make a buck. Butch is my "go to" guy for any repairs I need.
Butch is amazing, he is timely and honest. He not only helped me with my oven/stove, but fixed my grandma's dishwasher. She has zero patience and always complains about repairmen, but had nothing but good words about Butch and his service. I'll be recommending Butch to all of my friends and family.
