Today I am very disappointed in the response I received. On Sat. I called to let them know one of the kitchen fixtures was missing a couple of pieces and one of the bulbs was broken. B wa very helpful and said she'd send the replacements out right away. Today, Thursday, there was still no pkg, so I called... B told me it was being sent today! When I expressed my disappointment, she said they had been busy and she just hadn't had time to mail the pkg
