I LOVE buying clothing at Carters for my daughter, but what horrible customer service! My mom came into town to visit and spend a lot of $$ at their store. We entered at 9:35 in which the store opened at 9:30, but the doors were locked and the manager GLARED and snuffed as we entered, did not greet us, never asked us if we needed anything and when we went to check out she STILL didn't speak to us! There are plenty of other options in town. Not wasting my time or money until that rip of a woman is gone.
