My family and I were shopping here for Christmas 2012 and must have spent well over $200 on gifts from this place. My mother accidentally dropped a candle she purchased and the store clerk was very rude about it. She asked if they would sell her another and they outright refused to offer any assistance. I would stay away from this store entirely! They do not care about their customer, only profits. This is NOT how you get people to come back to your store. The clerk also forgot to bag some of our merchandise and when we returned she knew nothing about it. I was completely baffled as to how they could continue to stay in business when they treat paying customers like this. BAD OWNERSHIP!
