I purchased a Kirby vacuum a couple years ago from a dealer in Colorado and they had great service. After moving here, I noticed a smell when it was running so I took it in for a service and to check the belts. Ever since I picked it up it has been having suction issues- it doesn't vacuum hardly anything up off the floor. And it still smells every time I use it! I am looking for another vacuum service company and would not recommend this Kirby dealer. Their service was a waste of my $50.00.
