Normally there is good service but I am a reguar for meal worms and have gone in at least a half a dozen times in the last couple months and they only have low count small worms. I live on the south side so it's a real pain to drive all the way across town just to get worms when I live within blocks of a pet store. Ive left my number several times to call when worms come in yet every time I go in they say they just ran out. Very frustrating.
Hard to find help there most of the time. I was also told a few times that they could special order an item for me but was never contacted back by anyone. Upon inqiuring about it, nobody knew anything about it.
Getting fur baby out is always entertaining....however I dont care for the store lay out much and think it could be more inviting
I went there to get dog treats but 90% of doctors the first ingredient is wheat flower and I will not feed that to my dog. She also got in a little scrap with another dog that was there.
