Bought frozen feeder rats that were consistently poor quality (would disintegrate) on multiple occasions. Contacted customer service and was assured they'd reply within three days- it's been a month and nothing. Wish there was still a local pet store in Missoula I could go to instead!
Took my dog there to get a bath and a nail trim. After 30 minutes they called me and told me my dog would not go in the kennel. They told me there were going to rush him through so he could go home. They charged me 47 dollars and all they did was trim his nails. He never did get a bath, which is why i took him there in the first place. I wont go back.
These people are wonderful! Very insightful information from a bearded dragon owner when we were looking to buy one for ourselves. All you have to do is ask around for an employee knowledgeable in the area you're interested in. I've never been dissatisfied with any of the dog toys/harnesses/kennels I've gotten from here.
Called for information on pet grooming. Person was very disconnected and customer service was nil. No active listening involved in conversation. First impressions are always important and when answering a phone call you have 20 seconds to impress upon your customer that you mean business - GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
85% or so of the dog bed stock did not have price tags, forcing us to track down an associate and remember all the prices as we were deciding not to purchase. Very annoying experience, overall.
