I have lived in Missoula 40 years and have never experienced a business that is ran so poorly. Very unknowledgeable and inexperienced. There is not many pool supply and service companies in Missoula. It's unfortunate this one is so poor in all departments.
Staff is nice and helpful when available. Just can't ever get them to answer the phone. Ordered supplies off Amazon.
