John and Linda are hometown Missoula people. They run this store themselves, so you get hands on service from the owners. They are committed to doing a great job and are super nice. I highly recommend for printing, copies, and even shipping.

Staff was kind and friendly, however they did not know how to use the camera for passport photos. Had to retake the shot twice, still didn't come out to standard. I am extremely disappointed as I wasted $12 by going here rather than the time/effort to take it myself on a white wall.

I had difficulty scheduling the pickup of 6 packages today, and the clerk told me to get on the store computer to try again. That cost me $3. Then she said she was in the middle of a download, so I would have to return in another hour to pick up my packages. Finally, she told me to discontinue my ipostal service at the end of the month because it is "too difficult" for me. Travelers passing through have no problems with the service, but it's not for "locals" like me. I'm a highschool English teacher with a master's degree who uses technology every day in her classroom with no difficulty - trying to relocate to this area. I do have gray hair, and I am saving money by camping out until I find a permanent position and move to a permanent address. I am a perfect candidate for a private mailbox during my jobsearch. The negative assumptions this clerk has made about me - that I'm a local "homeless person" too inept to use virtual mail technology - because I'm offline and sometimes fail to schedule a pickup according to her standards are really offensive.

They stand behind their products and services. More than once, Chad and Tyson have helped us out by going the extra mile! Thanks guys!

I was in a bind with a very quick turnaround project. I called John and Linda at PostNet who jumped through hoops and made it happen. Wonderful people and terrific service!

Will continue service for postage, but never again for passport services.
