Brian, who owns Spas of Montana, is great to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and his prices are very reasonable. He never applied any pressure to buy. Several people told me Spas of Montana has the best customer service, which I found to absolutely be the case. I highly recommend Spas of Montana. You won't find a nicer, more-honest person to work with than Brian.
Brian has been an incredible resource, not only in the beginning, getting us started with the right chemicals, but whenever we had questions in recent years, in regard to maintaining optimal PH balance, chlorine levels, alkalinity, etc. he has always taken the time to provide advice and guidance. Brian has also provided outstanding, quick customer service, if we were interested in something that needed to be ordered. Brian knows his spas and his customers and the relationship with the customer does not end when you made your purchase. Brian cares, follows up and makes sure the customer is happy with the purchase, the service and the care products he sells in his store.
