This shop is all about customer service. No matter what brand you have they can service it, and more importantly, service it correctly. I have taken two different bows to these guys after they had been worked on by Dealer sponsored shops and they showed me the problems with the work previously done. Straight 6 really goes above and beyond to get your set up right and have a good time doing it. Great place to go.
My experiences have always been excellent. The guys take great care of me, know their stuff, and live to hunt. I appreciate having them right down the street. They practice old school, corner store, reputation-based-business at a time when customer service is all but dead in other industries. Thanks so much.
After spending years frustrated with the shops we were using in Spokane, we finally made a road trip to try out this shop. We are so glad we did. Not only was the work excellent, but they treated us like gold even knowing we aren't locals and didn't buy our products there. The prices were great and we love supporting a small business. I also must say - sometimes going into an archery shop as a lady feels a bit like taking your car to the mechanic as a lady, and you don't feel very welcome. This shop was the exact opposite - supportive and welcoming. Thanks Straight 6 for treating every customer excellent, including our 4 year old future archer.
Knowledgeable staff. They helped us learn more about archery and what would be a good entry point for us. While they didn't have a large selection of stock when we visited, I would certainly keep them in mind for any future archery purchases.
I went into straight 6 not sure what to expect. I'm not from around Montana but I needed to get a couple things done to my bow and my finance needed a rest for her bow. The guys in the shop were friendly, knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Their shop is clean and we'll laid out. They clearly have a passion for what they do that shines through in every area of their customer service. I couldn't complain about our experience if I wanted too. Great job straight 6.
