Terrible customer service. Was not greeted upon entering the store and had a salesperson even look at me and walk away. I had to ask the counter for help and when I did get the shoes the guy just handed them to me and walked away.
Disappointed because I am looking to buy new athletic shoes and a pair of Converse sneakers for me and my son. Definitely will not be shopping there again. I am also a minority which I hope isn't a reason for their poor treatment of me.
Universal Athletic did a GREAT job! They are a business you can count on to have good communication and stand by their word and deadlines. I am extremely impressed with how fast they got shirts ready for our team and they look fantastic! A top notch place to do business.
