Dr. Jenni and her staff have been great with all of my cats (6), as was Dr. McGann (when I had 9). They've seen me through the ups and downs of ownership with not only my cats, but rabbits as well. For several years now I've had senior kitties (from 15 to 20 years of age) and they have been compassionate and honest about their care. My rabbit had laser therapy to help her maintain flexibility and ease of movement in her senior years and today I just started my two remaining kitties (at 18 and 20) with laser therapy for their arthritis. While they were understandably nervous (and grumpy) about the procedure initially, by the end of the 40 minutes they were relaxed and at ease. Tonight they both seem in better spirits and moving more flexibly despite the cold and rainy weather. I am relieved to have COB to care for both my cats and rabbits.
The people here are wonderful. You can tell they really love these animals. They are also very good at giving you the non sugar coated news on your cats condition. The boarding here is great. Price is very reasonable and my cat does not come home stressed out after a few days there.
They are alright. They are horridly overpriced. They want $119.5 for 2 shots and A bath. I have no idea how they actually handle the kitties as everything they do is behind a huge wall. The service could also be better. The first time I came in for just a bath they also did an exam without telling me and even took my cats blood without asking me. Then they slapped me with the charge for that. The second time I went in I asked what all they were going to do and explained my first experience only to be told "we always do exams." She was quite snarky snippy with me and my questions to know exactly what I was bringing my cat for and what I was paying for. In my opinion, I shouldn't have to ASK for that. It should be told to me without hassle and attitude.
I have recommended the office to anyone with cats! They are the best! Now that I've moved out of state I hope I can find another cats only office!
The professionals at Cats on Broadway are top notch. They took loving care of my nearly 23 year old cat from young in her life all the way to her recent passing. Throughout the process at the end, Dr. Ault was compassionate and caring. She made everything feel better in light of the circumstance. I highly recommend them and will be back when we have a new cat.
Over the years I've taken my cats to the typical vet office, until I moved to Missoula and found Dr. Jenny. What a difference! My fur babies (even my shy one) liked everyone and were totally relaxed while at the office. I've not only used Cats on Broadway for veterinary services, but also for boarding. The visits always went well.
Sadly, last summer my two 16 year-olds had to be put to sleep a month apart, and then about 6 weeks later a third one developed an extremely aggressive cancer and had to also be put to sleep. So in the course of the summer I went from 4 cats to one. Dr. Jenny and the gang were so sweet and comforting! Words can't describe how much I appreciated their help.
