I was a patron of Big Sky for about three years. They were recommended to me by a co-worker and I even bought my first real mountain bike from them. I was always happy with there service up until today when I went to go purchase a set of new studded tires for winter biking. Today, they towed my car, why you may wonder? Because I decided to stop into the Goodwill next door first. So, I went in to talk to them and let them know that I was a regular customer and was miffed at the treatment. The man I spoke with didn't show any concern when I told him that I was considering never coming back nor that I was upset over being towed simply cause I went into the Goodwill first. He just said fine. Well then, fine right back at you. If they are going to show that as a local business that they dont care for their customers then I am no longer going to patronize their shop. I mean, really guys? You just lost a customer and everyone else who asks for a recommendation from me. Being the avid biker that I have become over the past few years it makes me said to say too.
Recently I bought a fairly nice commuter bike from them, and I had to take it with me on the airplane. They took care of the packaging and everything else fairly promptly in time for me to fly out. They have a fairly good selection of bikes. I would buy from them again.
