Best bike shop in town, with fair prices.
I've had repairs/maintenance done at a few other shops in Missoula, and Open Road is definitely the best. Matthew just installed an internally routed dropper post for me and did an excellent job with a sub 24 hour turn-around. All of the other shops I called either quoted me a higher price or said it wouldn't be ready for a few days.
Always friendly and super fast! Their mechanics are very knowledgeable and explain everything.
