We originally did not go in to purchase a vehicle. We had been researching and thought we knew what we wanted, so we stopped in to actually see the vehicles we had been researching. We were met in the lot by Jeff, who took us down the row of superduty's explaining the differences between each model and trim packages. After selecting a vehicle to drive, Jeff took us out. When we returned he turned us over to his team mate (steve) to talk about purchasing a vehicle. Steve worked diligently with us and patiently answered our questions . After a pause for dinner and overnight to think about it. Steve's excellent work paid off as we completed the purchase that morning.
