Originally went in for just an oil change and they let me know they had time to take care of the 30,000 mile checkup. I took advantage of their shuttle system which was very convenient. All around excellent service. At no time did I feel they'd forgotten me. I know my car is in good hands and I feel safer on the road knowing the team at Lithia Toyota in Missoula has applied their expert minds to my car.

Andy Kaminski was our salesman. From the start he really paid attention to what we were saying about what we were looking for in a vehicle. We thought we would buy a used vehicle. He shared with us about the savings available on a new one and showed us a Highlander. He took lots of time with us showing us every aspect of the vehicle. We left and went shopping for 4 more hours trying out various similar makes. The next time morning we decided to purchase the Highlander and called Andy to ask him about the lease program he had mentioned. We went ahead with the lease and were so pleased at how we were treated by everyone involved at the dealership. We will highly recommend Andy to our friends when they want to purchase a vehicle.
