Originally, I was a little worried about this dealership because of the Yelp reviews, but it was one of the few dealerships in the area that my bank had connections with. In spite of all of the negative reviews on Yelp I had a pleasant experience. I had already done a good bit of the research ahead of time and came in with an idea of what I wanted. I ended up getting a 2017 Hyundai Tucson and that was kind of what I was going for. They worked with me to try and get the price down into my range and got really close. I appreciate the goodwill. The Sales representative was pretty knowledgeable on cars in general and had a solid understanding of the features in the car I was looking at, comparing them to higher end models and alternatives since it is a Hyundai/Nissan dealership. Thanks for being familiar with the product you are selling. The Finance specialist was easy to work with and did not tack on a bunch of extra stuff that I didn't need or want. This was not my first time buying a car, and I really fell into the trap of getting a bunch of extras I didn't need the first time. Also, the Manager came out to talk to me for a bit and worked with me on getting the price down from the sticker price, so I feel like I got a pretty good deal in the end, getting just a bit lower than what the bank estimated with all of the discounts available. They gave me the service window and advised me as to when I should get my first service based on mileage and use. I wasn't sure when to schedule it, but they did offer to do so. I decided to wait so I could do it myself. All in all it was a pretty quick and pleasant experience.
From the knowledgeable, no pressure salesman who has been helpful and has gone above and beyond his job, who has always been responsive when we had questions and has superior follow through- Curtis Swanson (he’s also got a great sense of humor). To the awesome and honest finance manager, Justin Sinclair who was helpful as well as being informative, warm & friendly and has been there when we had questions... this was BY FAR the most pleasant and smoothest experience we’ve had buying a vehicles, EVER. Even Ken Thurmond the general manager, was super helpful in finding our vehicles and ensuring we were happy. It removed the normal stresses and worries out of the equation so we could enjoy our vehicles and it was affordable, even more so than we previously thought. The parts dept and the receptionists were even awesome! If you go here you will not regret it! We went from other manufacturer vehicles to Nissan’s and we couldn’t be happier!
Sells crappy cars test drove one today front left tire is probably going to fall off and they could care less just goes to show how unresponsible they are is a dealership and just care about money and not the safety of their customers. All he said was it's as his. What a dumb ass
Everyone we worked with became friends and they were sincere in providing the car buying experience that will stand out as the best we have ever experienced. It was a productive and "Fun" experience. We were able to purchase the vehicles we were looking for at the lowest cost of any we had shopped for at other dealerships. Everyone took all the time we needed to explain the vehicles, warrantees, service, and amenities of each model car. Very satisfying car buying experience.
I recently bought a vehicle from Missoula Nissan and Hyudai. I will never ever do business here and will make sure my friends don't either! I was promised a sensor would be fixed and it was fixed half way and the rest was up to me to pay for. I was also promised a spare key with a FOB, and was scammed from that too. They claimed it was in a desk for two months and failed to give it to me before they lost it, so I ended up paying $200 to get a spare programmed! The customer service is ridiculous, very poor and rude! Even the general manager is a joke, has no manners or integrity! As I quote, when discussing sensor problems and he laughs “You bought it as is” and told me to deal with it! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP.
