Had to go in to replace airbag. They did awful. Greasy fingerprints all over & they didn't even put dash panel in place. Oh, but they topped off fluids & replaced air filter. Not even a week has gone by & a check engine light has came on & go to Valvoline where they diagnosed Subaru didn't connect air filter correctly. Would not recommend.
I just had the best car buying experience of my 57 years. My son needed a new car and wanted a Subaru. We were met by Paul and what a great help he was. The experience I’ve had here was the best experience I’ve had in ANY DEALERSHIP. I just bought my first used Subaru and was driving from Washington State to Illinois. My Subaru overheated and I had it towed to this dealership. I arrived early in the morning and they warmly greeted me and heard my problem. Immediately the service staff, Dan, Ben and Jason prioritized my situation and my car. They genuinely cared and wanted me back on the road to get me home for school. It took a few hours for them to thoroughly check my car. They checked in with me every half hour for updates. It turned out to be a faulty radiator cap. I made it home to Illinois with no problems.

Their service staff and especially Dan W. were very knowledgeable, friendly, and most important they were honest.
