I had a longboarding accident in May of 2009. I shattered my tibia and broke my fibula and fractured my ankle. He did an awesome job. 2 plates and 16 screws I could walk in 3 months. He didn't have to strip the muscle up he just worked around it. I believe him to have short mans syndrom but he's that good, very smart!!
I scheduled foot surgery with Dr Jarrett but was concerned about the recovery/outcome due to multiple doctors suggesting against the surgery. I asked that his office speak with any former patient in a similar situation to see if they might be willing to share their experience with me. I was not asking for patient information but rather asking that they share mine, with my consent. Dr Jarrett claimed this was a HIPAA violation but after consulting with a lawyer specializing in HIPAA law, this is simply not the case. Seems to be a case of inconvenience for Dr Jarret and his office. I will be cancelling my appointment.
