DO NOT SET UP CARE HERE! Mainly because they don't care for you. To start the staff at the front desk and very rude and inconsiderate. Joan is correct on the similar review.
I am another provider in town, and I regularly refer patients to Grant Creek. My kiddos see Dr. Vannatta, and I am also an occasional patient here. We have had very positive experiences. My only complaint is the wait time - usually it is fine, but I have had a few days where I had to wait about 45 minutes, which is tricky when you have busy kids and no toys in the waiting room.

My kiddos have been seeing Dr. Vannatta for a few years now and she is great! They've also seen Dr. Kleschen when needed and she is just as wonderful. The wait can be a little much but the care is exceptional. Unfortunately the downfall is that it is virtually impossible to get an appointment.
Weird about the negative reviews, it must be only the unhappy customers that write reviews...
The desk staff especially, exemplify this 20% mark.
I've had asthma my entire life and it's controlled only by taking my regular Advair. Today they denied my refill until I make an appointment, with absolutely no notice. As it would happen I leave for a trip tomorrow so I asked for 1 refil and made an appointment to which they agreed. I stressed the importance of it getting done today, ya know so i could breathe, and they said they would. Wellll turns out they didn't. And the walk in clinic said they couldn't do it.
Awful practice with some good physicians- if the impenetrable office staff can handle your basic paperwork. Typical missoula / western montana (west of the divide) low professional standards in medicine and social services, where if someone has a better personal ethic, that's their individual pursuit. Peer-pressure ensures 20% performance, however. Few and occasional instances occur of people operating at the 80% mark in professional fields, but it's certainly not the norm. Expect lackluster 20%-level service, as is the social/peer standard level for professional performance in the area.
Horrible customer service by rude and callous front desk staff. The uncaring attitude and condescending language was carried on by the nurse. I love Dr Furrow and followed her from another practice. Unfortunately I will be finding a new Dr so I don't have to go through the uncaring support staff to address my medical needs.
