The receptionist was rude and was not helpful. She hung up after me giving her all of my information, just completely dropped the call and never called me back. Right in the middle of trying to book an appointment no less! Never even tried to call me back. So lost my business forever. You would think a place like this racking in all this money could afford some good help to represent their business!
The worst customer service I have experienced from any doctor's office. My mother is on medicare, had an emergency situation and was harassed by the receptionist over an $88.00 bill, and was told that she likely wouldn't be seen unless the bill was paid in full today regardless of my mother's retina detaching... She was then harassed by the same girl about needing to have her medicare and medicaid number and card. Every other medical establishment has the ability (and courteous enough to) look it up with a social security number. I would never recommend going here for any reason under any circumstance. If my mother's situation hadn't been an emergency - I would have definitely taken her somewhere much, much better. Even if I had to drive to a different town. Beware!
