Went in to upgrade my phone and had an awesome experience. Craig, the manager, was a huge help and just about the right amount of pushy. Told me about the current deals and did his ample duty to up-sell but was far from too pushy by my standards. Helped transfer over my data, talked to me about the AT&T Next options as wells as the options for the type of phone I was purchasing. I felt very taken care of and he even mentioned the $20 for upgrading that would appear on the next bill. Would highly recommend!
Some of the best customer service I've received! I can easily pay my bill online, and when ive needed a phone or Direct TV questions, they've always been thorough and find what works for my budget, not just the most expensive thing.
