Friendly But Incompetent (atleast for phone repairs)
These guys are awesome! I brought my iPhone 5S in to get it's aging battery replaced. The two gentlemen there were very knowledgeable and helpful. The replacement took maybe 20 minutes. Battery is rocking, and I'm a happy guy! Highly recommend these guys for phone battery replacement.
I've been happy with these guys in the past but when I tried to recycle two 18v rechargeable tool batteries that I bought here they wanted $2 each. So I recycled them for free at Lowes and bought two new batteries on sale for less than the equivalents were at BPB.
Battery was ready on time. Good email communication. An upgraded battery was made available, but not taken. Overall, a positive experience.
I needed to have my screen replaced after a drop and was incredibly disappointed by the fact that I had to go back to them 3 times in 2 days because of their faulty work. They were confused about the inner workings of an IPhone and led it to be completely unusable until after THREE attempts of bringing it back in. Once they were done "fixing" my phone I had to call them and ask how the repair was going. They had forgotten to notify me that they weren't fully done with it and were going to have me wait until the next morning. As my phone is my one way of communication I thought enough was enough. I took my phone home and now I plan on going to somewhere else for my business.
