I love electronics, and this is the place in Missoula to buy them, as I always find the prices of what I need, usually equal to Amazon, but by going inside this Best Buy, I can walk out with my purchased item in hand instead of waiting for shipping. Also, have an incident where I bought an item in which the priced dropped even lower just a few days later, and so the efficient and friendly staff, with just my receipt alone, was able to refund me the new price difference. I also enjoy how you can buy and try an item that you purchase here, and have 15 days to return it, even open boxed, if it wasn't all that you were hoping for. 5 stars!
Recently I purchased two Samsung television sets from Best Buy. The staff were courteous and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about the televisions and their other products. I felt it was important that I get as much information as I could before the purchase and the Best Buy staff have the most knowledge to offer their customers. In addition to this, I was given free delivery of televisions 55" and over - a good warranty and even opportunities for set up and mounting if needed. In addition to these advantages, I could have haul away on 1 old television set. What is there not to like? And I might add price was competitive.
They used to have great service. I’ve noticed that in the past few years the customer service has slowly degraded. I recently went in later at night around 7:30. Didn’t get anyone to ask if I needed help or what I was looking for. After looking around I had to ask for the product I was in search for. A product I was ready to purchase in the spot. Was told they didn’t have it. So I went home to buy it on the Best Buy website and ship it to the store. They said it could be picked up at the Missoula location immediately. Meaning it was in stock!?! Decided to call the next day and confirm. The phone communication was telling me the Missoula location had three in stock. So, ordered it online and had it picked up in an hour. I go in today, again later in the evening and no help from any employees. I decided to wander around and everyone was acting like they couldn’t be bothered. Not one “Can I help you”. Now I couldn’t find what I wanted either. Just disappointed in how the employees act at different times during the day. In the middle of the day you get asked a bunch if you need anything. Why such a change later. I guess Amazon here I come...
Great sales staff guided me to the best product available (car stereo) for our daughters new vehicle, at a great price. Scheduled installation right on the spot, no hassles. Great selection and customer service, the only place to shop for electronics and appliances!
