The service was awful. The owner is an absolute ass hole. The way we speaks to people is as if he is above other people. You may know alot about cars, but you should maybe invest in learning the first thing about being a decent person. Within a week of them working on my car, I had to take it somewhere else. Simply because I was not going to go back in and speak to that ass hole. If you don't want to feel like an idiot, go anywhere else other than Blue Ribbon. Will never go there ever again.
Totally amazed by everything there lots of audio stuff and if you need an auto start for your car they have it

I took my car in to get a dent fixed on my brand new car. They did a great job and at the best rate in town that I found. A couple months later I decided to have a stereo installed and chose Blue Ribbon to do the installation. Well a little while after getting the car back I noticed that the plastic panel on the door sill wasn't seated properly and was sticking up a bit. After looking at it and noticing that the larger amp wires were ran underneath it I took it back in to have them look at it. I was told that the guy who had done my installation had done some previous poor installations and they said they would install it for me properly with the wires running under the carpeting. Well the door sill panel now will no longer clip down properly and pops up usually one a day or so. I took my car back in and I was told by a guy in the audio shop that there was nothing they can do about the panel and he would be glad to push the panel back down for me if I would bring it back every time it pops up. What kind of condescending remark is that!? I am fully capable of pushing it down myself.... but I shouldn't freaking have to on a brand new car with a panel that was damaged some how by a guy that was incompetent and was fired!
My wife and I were in town from Alabama, and we had a roof failure (look at pictures) and Jim advised us and less than 1 hour later we were driving away! In short, if I need any body or accessory work I may just drive to Missoula from Alabama to have Blue Ribbon do it!
