I had my watch repaired there and they were very friendly and did good work. When I went to shop for a wedding band the representative out front was eager and friendly but the owners suddenly became arrogant and rude and refused to size our fingers once they knew I was having my fiance's ring custom made elsewhere. I, however, was still shopping for a wedding band. I will never do business with them again and will never have a positive thing to say about them. They turned away good business just because I didn't want to buy a woman's ring from their very limited selection.
Went there to have my fiance's ring appraised and the owner was a nice old man with very good insight and knowledge of jewelery and diamonds. The outside is a little much and I wouldn't come here for "trendy" stuff, but it is a good place.
Very helpful staff. I go here for the jeweler being on premises.
Had a string of pearls restrung in a timely fashion and done well.
The worst part of the whole deal was they tried to blame it on the battery. If something means something to you Like a Navy Seal issue dive watch or???.Take my advice take it to someone besides a liar trying to cover his butt.
I took my Luminox 8302 in for a new battery. They guy doing the install replaced the battery then pulled the stem out of the watch trying to set the time and destroyed it. After sending it to Luminox to be repaired a considerable cost I was informed that my $1000.00 watch was destoryed and that it could not be warrented. They could fix it but it would not be waterproof any longer.
