All the employees are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing. They are very patient will answer all your questions. They have great prices on all of their inventory. I have used other jewelry stores untill I have found this one. I will never go any where else.

I went to Morgan's Jewelers for help with changing my Swiss Army watch battery. Even though the purchase wasn't big Janine and Justine were still very helpful and friendly. I bought my girlfriend a diamond necklace for our anniversary and the chain was too long, we took it back on our anniversary and they said they would resize for free but she would have been without the gift for our dinner. Kenny, the manager, loaned us an adjustable chain while the original chain was getting resized so she could wear the necklace to dinner. Then the goldsmith cut the chain too short so they took it back and had it back almost next day. Morgan Jewelers will be my one stop for jewelry from now on.
