Shame! Shame!! Shame!!! I wonder why ppl still book this hotel with all the negative comments. If not that I booked through a 3rd party website I would have turned right around as soon as I drove into the compound. The lobby and hallway carpets are dirty beyond belief. What’s worse, with all the negative reviews the management does not seem to be perturbed. This is such a shame. Quite frankly, disgusting!
Have always had a great experience in the past. This time, not so much. Our reservations were messed up and the second night had someone else's name on the reservation. Whoever checked us in on the first night messed everything up. Thanks Deana for fixing it.
Bus loads of sports teams came in around... 8pm it was loud until well after 11pm and then again first thing in the morning.. not a terrible hotel but the noise and what not was ridiculous i told the front desk woman and she simply said "Sorry for that" I will not be returning.
The price is right for a quick stop over. They have a great staff, and a decent breakfast. The hot tub is a little cold as it's outdoors as well. If I was planning on an extended stay, I would more than likely find another hotel, but for an overnighter it's a great cheap option.
The building is definitely a bit run down. But the room itself was quite tidy and fairly clean. The food and drink are great and at very reasonable prices. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Overall, for the price this is the place to stay in Missoula.
