Everything was awesome just annoyed. Thought there was still a pool and hot tub which I was looking forward to using. Google says there still is one but it got turned into a conference room. Fix your info please, the hot tub was why I stayed the night.
EDIT: I spoke with the manager, Luke, and he was extremely helpful and rectified the situation. The rude front desk woman no longer works there.
A completely acceptable place to stay at an affordable price. This is a well maintained but older property. The staff are friendly, the rooms are fairly clean, and the facility has been renovated within the last several years. It's within walking distance of both campus and downtown and has super easy access to I-90. I've stayed here a couple times and have been overwhelming pleased with the overall value. They are a bit nutty for Griz football, so don't come on home game weekends if that not within your bag.
Not too bad. Pretty disappointed that I booked this hotel because of the advertisement of having a pool but sadly there is not. The rooms themselves aren't bad. Good parking
We had planned to stay here for 3 nights but canceled the last night due to our poor experience. The woman who checked us in for our stay was extremely rude, not helpful at all, and had zero clue about customer service. When we went into our room, there were still dirty towels left out from previous guests. When we arrived back to our room on the second day, our key cards had already been deactivated and we had to have them re-activated... we were told this happens automatically after 24 hours. I had a feeling we were going to have issues due to how incompetent our check in was and I was right- we were overcharged about $200. Thankfully, there was one woman at the front desk who was there on our second day and was very kind and helpful. She attempted to reverse our charges. I was still overcharged about $95.
No complaints about the room itself other than the proximity to the train tracks. The price was reasonable and location is within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. Would stay at again.
