Also, the hours Google has listed is different than the actual hours listed on the website, which always throws me off. I'm sure they can correct it, if they read this post ;)
I ordered a week ago The food was priced well, and was eating it 35 minutes later. I will order from them again. Stuffed Crust was awesome

Polite, quick, accurate, and tasty. I order pizza from here at least once a month and have always had a good experience. The lack of 1 star is because sometimes the pizza is center loaded and too much sauce (sometimes, but not often). Although, my spouse likes extra sauce and is always pleased to see a side cup of marinara. And only 4 stars because the hours of operation are unclear and sometimes I call and receive no answer - even to say, sorry we just closed at 15 after midnight or even an automated response would be sufficient.
The delivery was an hour late and the pizza was cold; I totally get that things happen. The delivery driver was very apologetic and professional, comping out dinner and we left him a great tip. However, when we called Blackjack to complement the driver and let them know what a great employee they had, the manager blamed us entirely for the error. First and last blackjack pizza.
They are my favorite inexpensive pizza place. One million times better than Little Cesar's (their closest price competitor). For under $6, I think they deliver a good product and do it in under 15 minutes, usually. People are nice, efficient and have never made a mistake on my order. Their sauce is zesty and one of my favorites in town, third only to Biga Pizza (which is $20+) Or Pie Hole (which is only cheaper by the slice). I've only had them deliver a few times and they always were kind and delivered to my home even though it was (one block) outside of their usual delivery end marker. Lastly, they drop their price to its lowest during the lunch time rush (until 1:30), where pizza is just $5.
I work in the hospitality and customer service field and know how it goes. This is the first place I suggest to guests at the hotel I work at, and highly suggest it to them. I have had remarks from the guest the following day saying that it was a great choice. I actually suggest this place a few times a night -for each shift that I work that is.
Ordered a pizza for delivery. After an hour the girl at Blackjack called to say the delivery driver could not find my apartment on West Spruce St so he went back to Blackjack. After several years of ordering with you guys I'll find another pizza place with drivers who have cell phones so they can ask directions. Thanks for ruining my evening.
For late night delivery this is the place to go. Cheese stuffed crust is best in town and way way WAY better than that Pizza Hut chain's stuffed crust.
