The food is good, particularly if you like chicken. The atmosphere is below average, service is slow, cleanliness is less than desirable. The people watching is great, but it is the chicken that keeps us coming back.
It's kind of sad that I lived here almost a year before I actually tried it but, it is amazing!

I have to stop here every time I'm in town, great chicken!! Also a bunch of other seafood and kid options. Try the gizzards with spicy BBQ sauce!
Growing up, I had always heard about Double Front and how good it was, but never checked it out. Then I got a job downtown and had no excuse. Best fried chicken I can ever recall having. I'm hooked, and I'll be a loyal patron for a long time. Large portions, and fried to perfection. Love it!

Absolutely, the best chicken. The moistest and tenderest chicken in Missoula. A variety of delicious sides. Small menu, all great options. The restaurant is simply setup. Location is on the quiet end of the downtown.
