Steve and Matt are great! They are friendly and flexible and they did a great job for a great rate. I had a small issue just after work was done but they were able to get me in quickly and get it taken without any additional cost. I've had service done by other places but I've been impressed with AVR. I'll be telling everyone I know for sure!

My van broke down and we didn't know where to bring it in for a fix (we are fairly new to the area). We asked for opinions and an overwhelming amount of people recommended AVR. We had my van towed to their shop and they looked at it. Unfortunately they were unable to fix it and recommended we go to the Chrysler dealership because of the parts needed for the repair. They called us today to let us know they weren't charging us for the diagnostic. I'm shocked! They told my husband since they didn't really do much, they weren't going to charge. For us, that is huge. We've been screwed over by so many mechanics, that we were expecting to pay a decent amount just for the diagnostic. Plus the fact that they were honest with letting us know the repair could be done faster elsewhere (due to the parts needed for my pretty new Chrysler transmission going out...not because of their staff or knowledge).
steve has always done thorough repair jobs on my personal and business rigs. i appreciate how clean and organized his shop is and it reflects well on his craftsmanship. just wanted to say thanks

I was recommended AVR by someone I bought a car from. When it came time to get a timing belt replaced in another car I called these guys. They did great work and for a GREAT price. It's a good day when the bill is less than the quote! I'm sure that doesn't always happen but either way it would have been a good price and the car is running smoothly. I'll definitely return to AVR in the future.
