If this system isn't easy to use I am going to return it and go to a larger more customer oriented company. The business needs to extend into two or three more POS systems and with the attitude I received from their employee, I don't think they will be getting the business unless something drastically changes my mind today on site.
got a used system, called to ask for someone to assist in getting it setup and running, lady who answered was pleasant and helpful, got shifted to some guy named Bernie, who was curt and rude. Not helpful, interrupted, apparently doesn't like to make money???
