What a joke. Had my screen replaced two weeks ago. The screen failed and took it in for a replacement under warranty. I was informed they couldn't cover it because I had dropped it. I took my phone to another shop and they informed me it was a defective screen! What a crock, not to mention another 206.00 in repair bills. Never felt so ripped off in my life, needless to say I will not be back and will not recommend them to anyone I know. Really kind of sad that business is conducted that way at this particular shop!!

Excellent service! They replaced my cracked phone screen a few weeks ago. When I was having trouble with the screen recently I took it in and they fixed everything up for no cost. Highly recommend.
My phone took a dive into a hot spring pool. A day with them and it was back up and running. They provided competent, professional service at a very fair price.
My daughter's phone failed and would not charge so I brought it to the local manufactures store front. They said it was water damage and could not be repaired. Then proceeded to tell me it would be $300.00 to get a refurbished unit. Next I brought it to our cell phone carrier and they told me they could do nothing for me. Then I brought it to Missoula cell phone and they fixed the charging port very quickly. It was a very nice experience. Next time I will bypass all the other stores and go straight here. They turned a frustrating experience into a loyal customer.
