Absolutely terrible service. Go across the street to The Gold and Silver exchange if you don't want to be treated like garbage. I visited both businesses today, and there is absolutely no contest between the two when it comes to legitimacy and professionalism. Avoid Grizzly Gold and Silver!!

This is an upright and honest business. I was expecting a "pawn shop" atmosphere but was truly impressed. Don is a great guy, kind, couretous, and businesslike. No place else in Missoula or Helena compare.
