Definitely the most unproffesionally ran business I've experienced in my 40 years of living in Missoula . Very over priced with poor customer service. It's hard to grasp how a business like this stays in business. Management needs to take a serious look at making some changes. I would not recommend Missoula Gold and Silver to anyone.
The term customer service as well as professionalism....I'm surev These folks dictionary must read, " poor behavior, insulting comments to serious questions, as well as a very nasty vulgar man running the place that is The rudess in the fair land, having not a mirror on the wall, but a chair built of iron And a personality that ...says...we are doing YOU a favor by allowing your business. And yes, prices are so high, you walk out feeling atop Mtn Everest. This place is one the few Missoula's "past bys." I would rather find a lawn mover to lay in front of than return.
These guys are excellent to deal with. Very knowledgeable & helpful staff. I have both bought & sold from them. Prices & personal attention I receive here makes my 3 hour drive one way totally worth it! They have a customer for life with me! Thanks alot & keep up the good work!
Clean and well lit, it feels very professional but relaxed. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Definitely felt like straight shooters and answered all my questions honestly.
I've been in this store many times and always had a good experience. I've been buying 10 troy silver from them for a while now. I'm suspicious of these anonymous google reviews leaving this business bad reviews. One reviewer didn't even know the difference between ounces and troy ounces. Beware of ignorant reviewers.
