So, when it was finally time to get her wedding ring, I went back and received the same great attention, from the friendly staff. What a great team!!! Thinking silently to myself.
I bought my my wife a engagement ring over a year ago, and the staff was completely helpful. I was a little undecided as my fianc'e is hard to shop for. I never felt any pressure to buy, and the staff was always patient and easy to work with.. I ended up going into the store on four seperate occasions. Lets say, I became very knowledgeable about diamonds. I finally settled on the perfect ring, and my future wife loved it!!
Samuels offered to order the correct size ring for us in order to rectify their mistake. We were informed that it was "out of stock" but would be in stock again soon. Of course, "soon" clearly meant "never" in this case. Every week we are told that the new ring will be in soon. Every week, we call and are given a BS story. Just tonight we called and everyone we've spoken to was conveniently "with a customer."
I highly recommend this friendly team to help you pick out that perfect piece of jewelry!!! I did also enjoy the "eye candy" ... I didn't say that. Lol. Again I'm so happy!!!!
I bought my wife an engagement ring from this location one year ago. She has small hands so her size ring was not in stock. Rather than order the correct size, they sized her ring down. As a result her ring has lost numerous stones and has been in for repairs longer than it has been on her finger. This has caused her quite a bit of pain and caused me no small share of embarrassment.
At this point, I have accepted that Samuels will not make this right. They are clearly a dishonest company and we will advise others to never do business with them. Shop anywhere else but here. It will save you thousands of dollars and hours of frustration.
