Friendly, clean, really nice hotel. First time I've stayed there and I was not disappointed.
This is a very nice hotel. Stayed twice in the past couple weeks. Both times rooms were clean, quiet and staff was friendly. My only small complaint is that the pillows were too soft/fluffy. I brought my own from home the second trip and slept way better.
Very nice room, great staff, and 24 hour pool/ hot tub! Plus, a free, yummy breakfast with waffles!!! ;)
Service was less than impressive, especially compared to other Hilton hotels. Unfortunately the hotel is VERY small, everything about it is small. The only elevator is so small it only has room for 1 luggage cart and a single person. Anymore than that and you'll be waiting in line. I waited on the 3rd floor for 2 other people to take the elevator, 1 at a time, with their luggage before I could leave... Really unfortunate because there's not much they can do about this. The good: great location. Walking distance from a great restaurant and sports bar, with casino.
Got stranded here on our motorcycles by a winter storm that blew out of Canada. So our overnight turned into two nights. This hotel is clean and the staff are all friendly. There are a few restaurants nearby but after that it's a bit of a walk to anything else (20 min-ish). The hot breakfast wasn't quite up to the usual Hampton standards, but it wasn't bad at all.
