The day we purchased our new bed the salesman told us he would "throw in a bed frame." Then over a week later when our bed shows up at the store there was no bed frame included or mentioned on the invoice. Not only that the free delivery I was told I would receive can only happen during the hours I'm at work, so that was useless! I will not be a return customer nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.
Willing to sell you a mattress but when they double charge you for a purchase customer service is terrible. Finally had to go above Morgan to get charge taken care of.
Mike worked really well with us to upgrade a new bed for us. We were able to mix the awesome Black Beautyrest Tatiana mattress with a power base we could afford. The mattress and frame were delivered and set up. Quite grateful we didn't have to move the 500# unit. Best sleep we've ever had. He even followed up after a few weeks, to make sure we were satisfied.
We have loved everything we've bought and enjoyed our experience with their easygoing sales staff.
High prices. Not really convenient. The delivery guy quit when I was there. Had no one else to deliver. He was the only worker employed for the job.
