We had a terrific experience here. Jen spent enough time with us that we felt like we were making a truly informed choice. She was helpful and worked to understand what we wanted/needed from our new bed before she started talking about the beds in the show room. She helped us stay within our price range while filling all our needs. Highly recommend!

This store is the worst to deal with in Missoula. Be a ware of a girl her name is jennifer stupid, rude, disrepectful, ugly. She will take advantage of you by selling stuff you don't need and if you change them she will increase the price in the new ones. Their customer service are worse. They take forever to answer you and the stupid girl who works there are annoying and bitchy.
Brendan is AMAZING!!! So helpful and full of knowledge!! Was able to get me into the right bed and at the right price!!!
Don't fall for their BAIT AND SWITCH 100 "free trial" ! I ordered a bed and ended up paying over $600 just to TRY IT. The bed gave my husband and myself MORE back problems. The promises made by the sales associate were not backed up at all when we tried to return the bed after trying every possible setting to get a better nights rest. Even when one associate told me we wouldn't be charged for them coming to pick up the bed when we were issued our refund that amount was conveniently not applied.
I deal with severe back problems and the local associate was very helpful in setting me up with a personalized bed to my needs as well as a great financing plan. If any of the higher ups see these, Brendan was excellent with customer service.
