We normally stay elsewhere when in Missoula, but everything was booked last night. This Super 8 turned out to be an enjoyable experience! It's the cleanest Super 8 I have ever stayed in, with a very nice lady at the front desk.
Wi-Fi does not work. Breakfast leaves much to be desired. Room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioner worked well and no excessive noise.
Denied my room when checking in because of my licenced support animal. This place is cruising for a lawsuit. Found an awesome place on Air B&B for half the price.
Room was average. While it had a mini fridge and single serve coffee pot, it didnt have a microwave. Hotel only had basic cable and I don't use public wifi. Very minimal breakfast offerings compared to other similarly rated hotels I've stayed in. Decent truck parking and while normal checkout is 11am, I got a late checkout at 1:30pm. For all it's shortcomings, the only thing that upset me was when the housekeeper opened my door at 09:30am then propped the door open. She didn't even knock to check if someone was in there which was probably a good possibility since it was still an hour and a half before their normal checkout.
The room was fine. It was very clean, nothing fancy, but it's clear they've been doing some updates on the interior. The bed was neither firm nor soft and the pillows were the same. Breakfast was more basic than a typical continental breakfast but it tasted fine all the same. We stayed here because it was the cheapest major chain hotel room in Missoula and it suited our needs just fine. If you're looking for a cheapest room in a non-sketch hotel this is your winner.
