This review is about a 2.5. The kid really loved the awesome water slide and pool. The coffee, food, and service was also good. Location was great, and they are very pet friendly which is also great as far as our family is concerned. The room was scary, it smelled like pee, the sheet had a big yellow stain, and next to our bed was a big bloody booger on the wall. This hotel has it's ups and downs.
Great place for kids and events! Only downside is that there is no pub or restaurant. The continental breakfast was packed with variety and excellent seating. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous.
Was a wonderful hotel that was very clean. They were able to get us a great room for three adults two babies and a dog at 2 in the morning. The lady that was helping with the hotels free breakfast was very nice and my five-year-old grandson is still talking about how nice she was.
Stay 2 nights. Very friendly staffs from time of booking to checking out. Nice, clean and comfortable room. Slept very well because no noises from tour people. Water slides and pool for the kids. Would recommend to friends.
The room and amenities were very nice. The unprofessional man behind the desk wasn't. They wont price match the online rates that pop up for Wingate in Missoula! When i brought up AAA he said it would save me $off of our bill, it didn't. He had also claimed he didn't have any rooms, before we said we would go across the street. All in all the man behind the desk April 27th after midnight, was absolutely atrocious in any kind of customer service atmosphere. Again, the room and amenities we're very nice, but I will not return there.
