Having worked with many Aquatic Equipment manufacturers and a variety of equipment from Aquatic Platforms and Excersize Equpment to Pool Lifts, Aqua Creek's customer service and product support truly rise to the top in this industry.
On the very few occasions where our our customers have experienced an issue with their product Aqua Creek has proved itself to have the integrity to resolve the issue fairly, quickly and without complicating the situation by trying to "punt the issue" downfield and hoping that it goes away; as often happens with large suppliers.
These people only care about the bottom line. The worst part of the company is this grade A scum of the earth named Tom Gill. He was the worst person I have ever done business with. One may say that clown has no soul. Do not give these criminals your business.
