She has been grooming my pets for years! From a St Bernard to Cocker Spaniels & even my cat. She always does a fantastic job!

One day last spring we took our puppy for his second hair cut. I specifically requested his length to be left at one inch. He was young, it was still cool out and he did not need much cut off. Upon coming to pick him up he did not even look like the same dog. He was shaved and I mean shaved. It was explained to me that this was the only thing that could be done. NOT TRUE. He had some mats but they could have been combed out. If they were too busy which they were that day-- all we needed was a phone call. Can't do this today, he will take more time what would you like to do? He shivered for three days and was traumatized. He was not the same little guy for nearly two weeks. I would highly recommend staying away from this business even though they are on Angie's List. I would say put them on a black list.
Everyone has a bad day once in awhile. Sounds like the people that wrote angry reviews were having one of those days and just want to vent about anyone. Really sad.
Tammy has always done a great job for us. We have gone to her for several years. We can tell she really cares for our "fuzzy kids". She gets us right in, no long wait. When she tells us what time to come and pick up our dogs she is always on time. We are very paticular about their care and Tammy has never dissappointed. She is very reasonable and will get out business as long as we have our dogs.
Tammy is a professional and loving with the dogs. My dogs are safe there and get an excellent grooming. Resonably priced.
