I called to ask a few questions about their services and the customer service agent told me she was busy and didn't have time. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my business there!
Staff is Manipulative, Spiteful, Vengeful, puts customers last and owner concurs with employee poor behavior justifying customer maltreatment as "they are a bunch of 20 year olds, what do you expect?" I would strongly recommend going elsewhere, unless female vindictive behavior appeals to you.
Staff is super friendly. I am a regular. They are always prompt in getting a bed ready for me - I never have to wait. Nice clean place as well.
