I visit this location very often. Unlike most restaurants of this type (fast food) this location is amazing with friendliness, order accuracy, and a willingness to go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I enjoy the food as much as I enjoy the people. They are all personable and friendly. I have a great enjoyable experience every time I visit!
Great food but seriously??!? GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PEOPLE. I keep coming back trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and every time I come back I'm severely disappointed. I think I've waited in line for an average of 20 + minutes every single time I've been here JUST TO ORDER. Always people coming up to the counter because they messed up an order or they've been waiting for their food for 30 minutes. The food is really hit and miss I don't know if it's something to do with management or if they just hire incompetent people great chicken but...Taco time is right next door... And at least their service makes up for when the food isnt the best. Or McDonald's is a block away! Or Domino's!! I think I'd even get better food and service at cenex. Don't waste your time unless something drastically changes.
I wouldn't visit on a s unday, the staff was extremely inexperienced which would have been fine but she didn't ask for help, just told us sher couldn't fulfill our request...normally during the week this place is fine
Great food when they have it available! They were out of mild chicken on my first visit. They were apologetic for the wait and more than made up for it! The second visit went well. The third visit I went to the drive thru and order a breast but got a wing. I did not check until I got back to work and was very disappointed. My last visit they did not have mashed potatoes with out gravy. They had prepackaged everything they had to clean up. This was at 10 till 10. They are opened until midnight. They did not seem to worried about it. Most of the time they have good service and great food when it is available. They are still newer to the area so I will give them another change. Mostly because I love the chicken!
Sometimes good sometimes not forgot some of our food but the food we did get was good
